In order to improve the service life of the equipment and reduce the failure rate, it is recommended that you perform the following maintenance on the equipment before the festival (please operate it under the condition of confirming the safety of human and machine):

1. The whole machine is deeply cleaned of dust, oil, rust, and various foreign objects left on the machine;

2. Lubricate and maintain all moving parts, and add lubricating oil, grease, hydraulic oil, etc. as required to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range;

3. Bearing rotating part: check the degree of bearing fatigue damage, properly add high-grade grease for the bearing, remove the rust and apply oil to the oxidized and rusted part of the linear guide slider assembly, and replace the worn parts of the bearing in time.

4. Relative friction parts of mechanical parts: check the wear of the screw, worm gear, gear, coupling, slip shaft, the slip shaft is easily entangled by paper scraps, film edges, etc., the slip ring should be disassembled for cleaning, wait After cleaning the parts, add lubricating oil and adjust the gap. If the wear marks are too large, please replace them.

5. Pneumatic part: Check and clean the electro-pneumatic proportional valve, air cylinder, throttle valve, air source filter, and oil dirt on the air source oil storage cup, and replace the parts with poor movement in time.

6. Electrical operation part: check the contact condition of switch buttons, aviation plug-ins, terminal lugs, terminal blocks, etc., replace the components that fail to respond or have poor contact, correct the optical detector, man-machine interface, instrument panel and other electrical components are not allowed to use solvents Wait for chemically reactive liquids to wipe.
