To improve the service life of the equipment and reduce the failure rate, we recommend that you perform the following maintenance on the equipment before the holiday (please operate under the condition of ensuring human-machine safety):

1. Deeply clean all parts of the machine to remove dust, oil stains, rust, and any foreign objects left on the machine;

2. Lubricate and maintain all moving parts, adding lubricating oil, grease, hydraulic oil, etc., as required, ensuring that the oil level is within the normal range;

3. For rotating parts of bearings: check the degree of fatigue damage of the bearings, appropriately add high-grade grease for bearings, remove rust from oxidized parts of linear guide block components and apply machine oil, and replace worn parts of the bearing position in a timely manner.

4. For the friction parts of mechanical components: check the wear of the screw, worm gear, gears, couplings, and slip shafts. The slip shaft is prone to entanglement with paper scraps, etc., so it should be disassembled for cleaning. After cleaning all components, add lubricating oil and adjust the gap. If the wear marks are too large, please replace them.

5. For pneumatic parts: check and clean the electric air proportional valve, cylinders, throttle valves, air source filters, and oil stains in the air source oil cup, and replace poorly functioning parts in a timely manner.

6. For electrical operation parts: check the contact conditions of switches, buttons, aviation plugs, terminal blocks, etc., replace components that are unresponsive or have poor contact, and do not use solvents or other chemically reactive liquids to wipe optical detectors, human-machine interfaces, instrument panels, and other electrical components.
